Michael is an OD practitioner working out of Cape Town, South Africa. He focuses on improving organizational and leadership effectiveness and splits his time between consulting engagements and coaching. He uses the whole-system perspective of Gestalt to inform all of his work and appreciates the endless opportunities for exploration and growth that this provides.

Michael’s clients come from the public, private and development sectors and he specializes in working with leaders driving change in organizations. He has lived and worked in the US, UK, Southeast Asia and Southern Africa. Michael is an ICF certified coach, has training in Gestalt, Transaction Analysis & Enneagram coaching modalities, has an Applied Counselling certificate from the South African College of Applied Psychology, half a clinical psychology degree and a Bachelor of Business Science from the University of Cape Town.

When not engaged in client work, he spends his time with his young family, writing his first novel, and hatching plans for his next motorcycle adventure.
