Jonno is a seasoned organization change agent with a diverse and global client portfolio. Prior to establishing his consulting firm, he led the global Leadership and Organization Development functions for Exxon. He is a founder and Co-Chair of the International Gestalt Organization & Leadership Development (iGOLD) program. Jonno has taught Leading Change courses in US and Canadian universities and Executive Presence at the Wharton School. He is an avid Gestalt practitioner, teacher and learner, and considers working from a Gestalt perspective a self-empowerment strategy. He lives in the Seattle area with his wife Julie.
