With a Ph.D. in organizational psychology, Dr. Jasmine focus on establishing positive and productive work environments that promote employee well-being and organizational success. On this premise Advancing.sg was founded. Her areas of expertise include Organizational Health, Culture & Change Management, Leadership, and Team development.

 

She was recognized for her passion for organizational and people development with the ‘Talented Young Organizational Psychologist’ award by the Colegio Oficial de Psicólogos de Madrid in 2016 and has also been awarded two prestigious scholarships: the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship from the European Commission for and the FPU Scholarship from the Spanish Government.

 

Before embarking on her postgraduate studies, Dr. Jasmine worked with organizations as a trainer and facilitator for more than 10 years. During this time, she trained over 200,000 professionals and managers, covering topics such as Management, Leadership, Team Development, and Change Management. Her recent clients include OmanTel, Woodlands Health, SG Enable, SPH Limited, MOE, Academy of Singapore Teachers, Thekchan Choling, Fei Yue Community Service, Starhub, and Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Dr. Jasmine's passion for people and organizations has driven her to embark on Organizational Relationship and System Coach (ORSC) training and is currently pursuing professional coaching certification through International Coaching Federation (ICF).
