Beáta Máté, based in Budapest, Hungary, is a committed and passionate organization and human development practitioner. For more than a decade, Beáta’s work focuses on leadership development, training and coaching by helping individuals and organizations to discover and realize their fullest potential.

Beáta graduated as an Economist in Budapest Business School, University of Applied Sciences, Budapest, completed European studies in the Hague, Holland and Finance at Swinburne University, Melbourne, Australia. She is also a graduate of the Norwegian Gestalt Institute’s Gestalt therapist program.

Beáta’s work experience spans a variety of industries, such as electronics, finances, manufacturing, IT, telecommunication, shared service centers, pharma and healthcare. She has served numerous multinational organizations, including AVIS, Bayer Healthcare, British Telecom, Danone, ESAB, GE, IBM Global Services, Mazars, Rauch, Sanofi-Aventis, Teva, T-Systems and Vodafone.
