Andy is a Leadership coach and team coach based in Shenzhen China and focus on developing both individual and organizational leadership. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by ICF (International Coach Federation) and provides one-on-one, group/team coaching services to executives. He coaches many leading companies in China with diverse industries such as automobile, IT, high-tech, manufacturing, finance, education, retail, NGO, etc. 

 

Andy is also the owner of ICF certified team coach program, he supported many executive teams in leading companies and helped them transform to higher performance. As a team coaching instructor, he is passionate in educate professional team coaches and managers to build high performance team and improve organization effectiveness.

 

Andy got his MBA degree from Peking university. He was certified as a coach by NLP & Leadership Coaching Academy and also certified as a Satir model family therapist.

Before as a coach, Andy has over 15 years’ management experience in Huawei & Emerson, and with strong practical expertise in leadership & team development, talent management, etc.
