Francesco is an expert in facilitating change for executives and leadership teams through coaching and facilitation. He integrates four main qualities to support leaders in improving performance and leading change: senior management and management consulting experience, an international and cross-cultural perspective, a strong competence in personal development, a systemic approach to foster purpose, innovation, collaboration and the achievement of sustainable results. He works with individuals and teams to support cultural and behavioral change in key positions in companies, so that the organization and the people can more easily express their potential and be more effective in reaching their business goals. Francesco works with top teams and executives in Europe across different industries. He facilitates and coaches fluently in both Italian and English.


Francesco’s style is client-centered and uses different tools and methods according to the client’s context, attitudes and goals. He has extensive coaching and facilitation experience across a broad range of topics and situations, such as: leadership style, first 100 days, role transition, team development, cultural and organizational change, stakeholder management, people management, emotional intelligence, resilience, and work-life integration. He is driven by his own values, which include authenticity, harmony, courage, innovation and a focus on concrete results.

Francesco earned a master’s degree (Int’l equiv.) in Computer Science from the University of Milan. He then gained extensive expertise in the corporate and business environment developed over 16 years of working with major international organizations. He has been a manager at Olivetti, a consultant for the European Union, a management consultant at Gemini Consulting, a Sales Director at Oracle, and a Partner in a venture capital fund sponsored by Unicredit, before starting to work as a Coach in 2002.

His areas of expertise include: coaching executives to help them reach their optimal level; team coaching for higher performance; building self-awareness and an authentic leadership style; cultivating emotional intelligence to enhance leadership presence and social skills; developing effective communications and influencing styles; personal talent development; cross-cultural management; change management; marketing and sales; strategy and innovation.
